Refund and Returns Policy

This page covers damaged product returns and empty-cylinder returns for the exchange program. Each follows a different policy.
Damaged or Defective Items

We accept returns within 30 days if:
- The product arrived damaged through no fault of your own.
- You discover a defect after using it. Please let us know; we want to hear about it.
- The product is unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and was purchased within the last 30 days.
Shipping and refunds
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and non-refundable.
- Risk of damage during return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, so please pack your item well.
- Need help with shipping? In some cases we can cover it; check with us before sending anything back.
- Refunds go to your original payment method within 15 business days of receipt and inspection. Sale items can’t be refunded.

Cylinder Exchange and Late Fees

Our exchange program lets you lease CO2 cylinders and swap your empties for full ones, just like exchanging a propane tank.
- We accept only empty 60L cylinders, from any supplier or brand.
- Returned cylinders must all be the same connector type, either all screw-in or all quick-connect. You cannot mix and match types.
- Your return deadline is 70 days from delivery. We count your cylinders as returned the day USPS first scans your package; transit time back to us is on our clock, not yours.
- Miss the deadline and a non-return fee of $10 per cylinder not returned, plus tax applies. Return some but not all, and you’re only charged for the ones we don’t get back.
Late Return Cylinder Policy
Already charged a non-return fee? You can still recover part of it by sending your cylinders in late. The late-return refund is a percentage of the fee, based on how many days past your deadline the return is scanned:

The refund is a percentage of what you were charged, so it includes the tax on the fee. We process it once your cylinders are back and inspected.
The rest of our terms
Pricing
All prices are in U.S. dollars, and sales tax is the customer’s responsibility; we do our best to calculate it accurately at checkout. Prices may change over time, but any change won’t affect orders you’ve already placed.
Payment
We want paying to be simple and secure. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other supported methods, all processed through Stripe, a leading payment provider, with SSL encryption, tokenization, two-factor authentication, and real-time fraud detection. To keep your service uninterrupted, we ask that each account keep at least one active payment method on file. If yours expires or becomes invalid, we’ll let you know so you can update it.
Shipping
We work hard to get your order to you on time, though occasional delays can happen for reasons outside our control. Your tracking information is the best place to check the latest status, and if anything comes up, just reach out; we’re glad to help.
Amendments
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted here, and by continuing to use our website and services you agree to the most current version.
