Our CO2 Exchange Program
Put simply...
Our Program works similarly to exchanging a 20 lb propane tank for a BBQ grill. It's straightforward, convenient, and designed with your needs in mind.
Getting Started with Non-Exchange Cylinders
To begin exchanging with us, you must start with your own CO2 cylinders. If this is your first time ordering CO2 cylinders, treat it as if you've never purchased a propane tank before.
Begin by selecting Non-Exchange Cylinders, which you will own outright.

Exchange Process
Have at Least 2 Empty Cylinders
Start with your own CO2 cylinders or purchase Non-Exchange ones from us.
Place an Exchange Order
Order in pairs through our website. Select your machine type for compatibility.
Receive Full Cylinders
FedEx delivers your new, full cylinders with a pre-paid return label in 3-7 days.
Return Your Empty Cylinders
Place empty cylinders in the Simpli Soda box and attach the new return label.
Mail Back via USPS
Drop off at your mailbox or local USPS location. Must return within 30 days.
Enjoy Your Fizzy Drinks!
Once scanned by USPS, your exchange is complete. Thank you for your order!

How to Return Your Empties
- 1.Remove your new cylinders and place the two empty ones into the box.
- 2.Peel and stick the pre-paid return label over the existing one.
- 3.Return by either placing it in your mailbox or taking it to your local USPS location.
Important: 30-Day Return Window
Exchange orders must be completed by sending back 2 empty cylinders within 30 days of receiving your order. If you forget we'll send a friendly reminder email. Once USPS scans your return, your exchange is complete. When the exchange is complete you have as long as you want, or need to use your remaining cylinders.
Additional Tips
Not a Subscription
This is not a subscription service—you order only when you need cylinders exchanged. You're in complete control.
Pro Tip: Three Cylinders
Consider using three cylinders: two for exchange and one in your machine. This ensures you'll always have fresh CO2 on hand.
