Return Period:

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll gladly work with you to find the best solution, whether it’s a return, exchange, or refund.

Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. 

Proof of Purchase:

To initiate a return, please provide us with proof of purchase (such as your order number or confirmation email) and a detailed description of the issue. Our customer support team will review your request and offer further assistance.


Once your return is approved, you’ll be responsible for shipping the item back to us. We will send you a prepaid label and you will be responsible for making sure the CO2 cylinders are empty of CO2 before placing them in the mail. 


After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we’ll send you an email to confirm its arrival. If your return is approved, we’ll process your refund, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 15 business days.


If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or product, our customer support team is here to help you through the process.
